What you should know about IT Administration?

  • The service consists of the management of provided virtual infrastructure, continuity of operation monitoring, system updates, traffic and level of resource use monitoring, incident/problem resolution.
  • It covers: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V

IT INCLUDES:

  • Business Cloud service reconfiguration,
  • Internet access service reconfiguration
  • Firewall and VPN service reconfiguration
  • Disk array service reconfiguration
  • Ordered changes customers can do themselves using the control panel
  • Other customer orders which cover the services provided
  • The service consists of server installation and configuration, optimising and supervising operational continuity, monitoring machine/service parameters, upgrades, preparing backup and restoring from backup, handling reported problems/incidents.

LINUX ADMINISTRATION:

  • It includes assuming full administrative control over a Linux system, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. It covers the system design, implementation, maintaining operational continuity and development support.
  • You can choose between two settlement plans:
    • Based on the number of operating systems (OSE),
    • Based on the administration hours package (40 hrs min.).

WINDOWS ADMINISTRATION:

  • It includes assuming full administrative control over Microsoft Windows systems, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. It covers the system design, implementation, maintaining operational continuity and development support.
  • You can choose between two settlement plans:
    • Based on the number of operating systems (OSE),
    • Based on the administration hours package (40 hrs min.).

UNIX ADMINISTRATION:

  • It includes assuming full administrative control over a Unix system that is not a Linux distribution, e.g. AIX, Solaris. It covers the design, implementation, maintaining operational continuity and development support.
  • The service settlement plan is based on the administration hours package.

cPANEL:

  • The service consists of cPanel license lease.
  • It includes cPanel software license and software producer’s support.

MICROSOFT:

  • The service consists of license lease under the SPLA licensing scheme, in accordance with licensing rules set out in Microsoft SPUR documents.
  • It includes:
    • Support in selecting the right licenses,
    • Leased software licensing
    • The right to upgrade to the latest software version of the same class during the term of an agreement,
    • The right to downgrade to the earliest software version of the same class supported by Microsoft.

RED HAT ENTERPRISE LINUX:

  • The service consists of license lease the Red Hat Enterprise Linux software under the CCSP licensing scheme, in accordance with RHEL licensing rules.
  • It includes:
    • Support in selecting the right licenses,
    • Leased software licensing
    • The right to upgrade to the latest software version of the same class during the term of the agreement,
    • The right to downgrade to the earliest software version of the same class supported by Microsoft.
