Michal Grzybkowski leaves the Beyond.pl structures

Michal Grzybkowski sold his shares and has stepped down from the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Beyond.pl, a secure data center, cloud, and Managed Services provider.

On 9 may 2023, entities from the Kulczyk Investments Group and the original founder of Beyond.pl, Michal Grzybkowski (along with related parties), reached an agreement relating to the acquisition of all remaining shares in Beyond.pl Sp. z o.o. by the company KI Finance (Cyprus) Ltd. of the Kulczyk Investments Group, the majority shareholder of Beyond.pl Sp. z o.o.  As a result, only Kulczyk Investments Group companies remain shareholders of Beyond. pl Sp. z o.o. In addition, on 9 May, 2023. Michal Grzybkowski resigned from the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Beyond.pl Sp. z o.o.

He leaves the organization in good shape, with a clear business strategy and strengthened structures. Michal Grzybkowski is the original founder of Beyond.pl. He was associated with the company for the past 18 years where he served as CEO from 2005 to 2019.

Data Center 2 is one of Europe’s most secure data centers and, without doubt, the most secure data center in Poland. I leave the company in the hands of the best professionals and will with pride observe its further development,” adds Michal Grzybkowski, former VP of Beyond.pl. 

The current Management Board of Beyond.pl will take over the responsibilities of the Vice President for the company’s technological development. Michal Grzybkowski has not disclosed what his plans are after parting ways with the company.

Beyond.pl`s Management Board is made up of Wojciech Stramski, CEO (since May 2020), and Wojciech Darlowski, Management Board Member for Cloud and Managed Services (since February 2023).
