Beyond.pl was founded in 2005. We are the most secure data center in Central Europe and the most energy-efficient facility, powered by 100% renewable energy, in all of Poland. Beyond.pl is a core and edge data center with a target capacity of 42MW. We operate two state-of-the-art data center facilities located in Poznań, Poland. We are the first green and telecom-neutral data center service provider in Poland. Our facility, Data Center 2, strategically located in Poznan, halfway between Warsaw and Berlin, is the only data center in the European Union that meets the stringent requirements of ANSI/TIA-942 Rated 4 and EN 50600 Class 4 certification. Our certifications confirm the highest safety standards in design, mechanics, power, telecommunications. Beyond.pl provides its services to global cloud providers, SAAS companies, webscalers, and large and mid-size enterprises. We provide services to companies from finance, health, IT, telecommunications, e-commerce, manufacturing, media sector, and others. The shareholder holding 100% of Beyond.pl shares is Kulczyk Investments SA, a global family business of Polish origin with a presence in more than 30 countries on 4 continents. Innovation We are the first data center in Poland with two distinct emergency supply systems (battery-powered generators and dynamic UPS) and two different cooling modes (process water and adiabatic cooling system). We created the first computing public cloud in Poland – e24cloud. Furthermore, we were pioneers on the Polish market when it comes to introducing the SAP system to the cloud. Security Data Center 2 is the only one data center in the Central Europe with the Rated-4 Certification – the highest security certification according to the ANSI – American National Standards Institute. Data Center 2 is based on a fault tolerant infrastructure so that it is fully resistant to failures. Both our data centers successfully underwent the ISO 27001:2013 audit regarding the information security management system. Due to the cutting-edge infrastructure the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) in Data Center 2 equals 1.2. and it is the lowest ratio achieved in Poland. We utilize the warmth arising from devices to heat our offices and we use the lighting and equipment with a maximum effectiveness. In recent years he has held a number of management and supervisory functions. He worked for companies such as Kulczyk Holding, Kulczyk Tradex, PEKAES S.A., Ciech S.A., Stanusch Technologies. He started his career in the international consulting corporation KPMG, subsequently moving up to the global corporations Altria and Honeywell. Privately invests in a startup ecosystem in Poland, successfully running the Lab4Motion project. He is the founder of the DeepChange Ventures fund, which specializes in investing in sustainable development technologies. A graduate of the University of Southern California in Business Administration (Global Management). Wojciech Darłowski Management Board Member, Cloud and Managed Services Experienced manager with over 30 years of experience in the IT sector specialising in building professional IT services for large enterprises. He has been with Beyond.pl since February 2023 as a Board Member for Cloud and Managed Services. He is responsible for ensuring continuous professionalization of the company's IT services, leading teams responsible for implementing and maintaining hybrid IT infrastructure management projects for large corporate clients, and actively supporting clients in implementing sustainable digital transformation projects. From 1997 to 2022, he was professionally connected with the NTT DATA Business Solutions company, where in recent years, he held the position of a board member and CEO of Global Managed Services Polska.
