  2. rectify your personal data,
  3. erase or restrict the processing of your personal data,

  6. withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any moment, if your personal data is processed on the basis of the consent; the withdrawal of your consent does not impact the legal conformity of the processing that is performed on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal,

Infrastructure security

We guarantee the highest level of infrastructure security, especially through implementing our IT security policy and meeting the requirements of particular standards and certificates. At both Beyond.pl data centers, the security management system conforms to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. The Beyond.pl Data Center 2 is the first data center in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe with the Rated 4 certificate according to ANSI/TIA 942. The audit was based on the verification of more than 2,600 elements in four areas: architecture, mechanical design, power, and telecommunication.

At Beyond.pl, we provide the following physical security measures:

  • anti-theft security systems that fully prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to the infrastructures where your data is stored,
  • a security clearance management system that restricts access to the premises and data only to those persons that need it to perform their functions and duties,
  • security systems, including burglar alarms and CCTV,
  • security employees who physically protect the Beyond.pl premises 24 hours a day.

When you opt for cloud services provided by Beyond.pl, you can rely on the following security measures:

  • two autonomous data centers connected using our own fiber-optic ring running through the key access points in Poznań (our own IT infrastructure),
  • support from our own team of IT administrators with more than 10 years of experience,
  • access to two redundant virtualized environments,
  • network security, including VPN access, firewalls, redundant LAN,
  • separate redundant SAN only for the purposes of VMware,
  • multi-level data encryption, including transmission encryption, backup encryption, and virtual machine/hard drive encryption.

Cookies

In order to make it easier to browse our website, we use cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user’s hard drive or in a web browser. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain from which it originates, the expiration date, i.e. how long it exists, and a unique randomly generated number used to identify the browser that connects to the website.

Albacross

We obtain your consent to the processing of personal data on behalf of Albacross Nordic AB (“Albacross”).

Information collected from cookies set in your device that qualify as personal data will be processed by Albacross, a company offering lead identification and ad targeting services with offices in Stockholm and Krakow. Please see below for full contact details.

The purpose for the processing of the personal data is that it enables Albacross to improve a service rendered to us and our website (e.g. “Lead Generation” service), by adding data to their database about companies.

The data that is collected and used by Albacross to achieve this purpose comprises information about the IP address from which you visited our website and technical information that enables Albacross to tell apart different visitors from the same IP address. Albacross stores the domain from form input in order to correlate the IP address with your employer.
